Legend of the Galactic Heroes

This is one of the best things I've watched. Not that the minor characters have been worked out, everything has been worked out here. I was crying like a bitch just. It's great. To make you hate so many painted people, as well as empathize with others. You need to be able to do this. So that all the characters evoke some kind of response, and were not just a bunch of meat for extras. It's just voluntary. The most annoying thing is that I do not know who to recommend it to. Many people simply will not appreciate it and they will be interested. There is not even anyone to discuss it with. But God-cats are just the most epic thing.

Loengramm lost a friend, and then his sister left him. It is not surprising that he has changed so much - if Kircheis was his "half", then almost the entire human part of Loengram died with him. However, there is hope that he will still find someone who will support him and return at least some of his former humanity. This "someone" could have been his sister-her authority and care mean a lot to him-but she actually abandoned him, which surprised me unpleasantly. Yes, he survived it, but to be abandoned by the one for whom he started all this, especially at such a moment, is very difficult.

The Goldenbaums didn't even have to be overthrown. Loengramm will not miss his chance, especially after such luck. He had three goals-to free his sister, overthrow the ruling dynasty, and conquer the Galaxy. Now there is only one left - the last, the most difficult, but I believe that the most important goal he has achieved in this series.
Sometimes you find things where you would never look. This series is proof of this - at first glance it seemed like another opus of science fiction writers of the 70s and 80s, but in fact it is a true masterpiece of both the genre of space fiction (space opera in particular) and Japanese animation in general. It is amazing that this series is so little known to the general public, given the fact that it is in no way inferior to either the Gundam series or other fantastic "universes", including Western ones.

That's the end of this wonderful anime, full of tears of happiness, joy, and overwhelming grief ...
But you need to move on no matter how hard and difficult it is, because life goes on!

I admire the creators of anime and all those who were involved in it, to create such a masterpiece that, no matter how many years have passed, touches the hearts, makes you think, reflect on the little things, and about something big and great!
