Not bad, considering the date and production in Russia. But, nevertheless, very chaotically and abruptly, one "scene" changes to another. One is a poltergeist, the other is a "great equalizer" - changing fate and reality, Nazis conducting experiments, angels, a maniac, secret orders, investigators, the FSB. Because of this, there is too much feeling of incompleteness, even though all the "plots" of the characters (and minor characters) are adequately closed.
I watched it a long time ago, I don't remember it very well, but I left a good impression. I'll review it in a few days and, if there are any clarifications, I'll write here.
