but I liked it. the idea is interesting, we must take into account that these are the distant 2011-2014 editions. and it's interesting to see hotels and their problems in the USA.

The show follows the well-worn patterns of Nightmares in the kitchen (which, in my opinion, have outlived themselves after the fourth season), and therefore it feels quite unclear - after all, there is already a great show, why else go to hotels?
But in the third season, the intonation of the show changes along with the presentation and filming methods. And now the releases were at least nice to watch.
The sweetest thing was in the issue when Ramsay came to fix the hotel with the possibility of accommodation with dogs and brought his dog Rumple. <3
As a result, it doesn't make much sense to watch, but it's quite normal for the background.

It's a pity that the cook wasn't kicked out in this episode and didn't even say anything to him. he so zealously blamed everything on the hostess, although it was clearly not she who forced him not to change the water for the potatoes for centuries. Yes, she wasn't herself, but in their dialogue, even she looked adequate compared to him. she answered him with facts and tried to get from him what exactly she was wrong about him, but he just threw out completely vague accusations, defended himself and did not give a single argument.
in one of the previous episodes, there was a much more adequate cook who didn't do a very good job, but she wasn't even given a chance, and this misunderstanding wasn't even criticized, as if it was the hostess's fault that it occurred to him to heat a burger in water, even though there are microwaves.

they made an unusual bright hotel the same as all the others. It doesn't stand out in any way, and there's no reason to stop there. It was as if they were trying to make the rooms as banal and boring as possible. There's nothing left of the idea, and it's unclear why the owner would want to keep this hotel. stupid for the sake of profit? for the sake of profit, he could become the owner of anything. He wanted a hotel with a specific theme that stood out from the crowd, and now he doesn't have that. It was possible to fix the flaws without changing the style, and make the rooms more comfortable by preserving the colors, style, and theme. It will be a strange show if all the hotels strive to make them the same.

I don't know if it's staged or not, but the restaurants of these hotels are full of people judging by the show.
