The first thing that comes to mind is, "Is Pierce Brosnan on the show?! No way!"
And then - "Mommies, five whole seasons of this miracle! Five seasons of this charming young, handsome, sexy, irresistible man"
The atmosphere, music, costumes, main and guest actors are the quintessence of the early 80s.
If you've watched TV shows like "If Tomorrow Comes", this is definitely your show.
If you remember the Moonlight Detective Agency, it probably wouldn't have happened without Remington Steele.
Even "She wrote a murder" is suitable for explaining the atmosphere, the spirit of this series.
Pierce Brosnan is here - 12 years younger than his first Bond! 17 years younger than the remake of the Thomas Crown Scam!
And don't take it as a spoiler - if it weren't for Remington Steele, I'm almost 100% sure these roles wouldn't have happened.
I highly recommend watching it! Especially for fans of the era. Well, and for his sake, of course)

@Oliverell22: If not for the contractual obligations for the last season of Remington Steele, Brosnan would have become Bond ten years earlier, the same story.

Although such plots are repeated and will be repeated - it's a classic. And the atmosphere decides)
I'm drawn to the style, images and manner of the game of the 80s)

I've been in love with the show since the first episode) I've been fascinated by Brosnan since I was a kid.
I have a big weakness for old TV shows. And the ones that David Zlotoff put his pen to especially, for some reason. A magical atmosphere.
I even love the composer Henry Mancini. (I've already checked, he's not related to Roberto Mancini, and he has nothing to do with another composer with a similar surname (Mark Mancina, "Bad Guys", this iconic melody).
And to complete the musical theme completely: in the last episode, Stephanie Zimbalist's father, Efrem Zimbalist Jr., played Steele's friend and mentor. And his father (Efrem the elder), it turns out, is also a famous composer, and ours. From Rostov-on-Don.
I'm terribly amused by such intricate biographical pieces of my favorite actors)

I can't believe this is the beginning of the end. An amazing series. Both for his time and now.
