Cologne Cathedral, the Isenheim Altar, the works of Durer, Tilman Remenschneider, his sculptures, the Altar of the Holy Blood and the medallion of the Virgin Mary, the work of a woodcarver (it's a pity that they didn't show what kind of bud turned out in the end ((((, "The Battle of Issus", Dresden and the Zwinger Palace, the museum "Green Vaults" (miniature sculptures made of ivory, engravings on ostrich eggs, statuettes made of shells and, of course, the magic palace of Dinlinger!), the Belvedere Palace and the bizarre grimacing heads of Messerschmidt...There is something to see! And beautifully chosen voiceover music...But the most wonderful thing is Andrew Graham-Dixon's original comments and interpretations. Thanks to him, the film becomes not just a video recording of works of art, but a complete excursion into the history and psychology of German culture and the German people.

The dollhouse is simply magnificent.
Surprisingly, almost nothing was said about propaganda.
Half the series is about Beuys and his installations, and they're not that interesting.

Walhalla by Ludwig I, "The Wanderer over the Sea of Mist" and other works by Friedrich, Kirchner, Otto Dix, Mark...Very beautiful.
