I fell madly in love with this series! All the characters, dialogues, situations and emotions are sincere and realistic. many phrases and situations caused laughter. For miles, the chuckles/facial expressions of the characters gave away the vibes of a little improvisation from the actors (xs is it true) sadness and glass are enough here. so much so that even an ordinary episode with a difficult flight caused strong emotions, and I was so moved that I started crying, worrying along with the characters / passengers.
I don't have enough words to describe how noble and raw (in a good way) the friendship and support from colleagues/family is here. and respect/support is shown not only directly, but through small details. For example: at the beginning of the episode, Shinkai's father could not accept the fact that his son would start flying again. the father did not want to wish good luck on the exam, but in the end asked him to buy him a sweet pineapple in Hawaii (which means that he really believes and hopes that he will fly successfully)
A heartbreaking episode! I really like series that are completely devoted to 1 problem/case/day. I was very worried about Koda and Shinkai. On this flight, they really got closer in terms of working together. It's sad for the girls, too, that they were sitting there waiting for them, but I'm glad that even in the middle of the night, Koda and Shinkai let me know that they remembered them and apologized for the flight situation. (although it's not their fault, but the weather conditions)
about romance. that's my cup of tea. The director and the dialogue writer did a great job on it. They harmoniously conveyed the smooth rapprochement of Mr. Shinkai and the heroine, and I like that they really inspired each other to take risks and motivated (each other) to overcome their fears.
I like that Koda stopped hiding behind the robot mask after all and finally shed a tear in the cockpit with shinkai. I'm really glad that he opened up to the senior stewardess (Togashi Noriko) for the second time.
the only thing I didn't like was that they still left the fukaur stewardess, because of her negligence earlier + in the episode, there was a short circuit in the toilet cabin. I should have checked the cabin before closing it.
A wonderful episode! very heartbreaking... I was especially pleased with the communication between my father and brother and Shinkai. I was shattered by the scene when Shinkai fell against the wall crying after talking to his father in the ward. I also admire Shinkai's determination throughout the series, even when many believe he won't be able to fly anymore.
