"Harlan Ellison sued James Cameron, accusing the latter of using his ideas from the episode for "Beyond the Possible" (1963) — "Soldier", written by Ellison. The producers of the film decided to settle the dispute without legal proceedings: when the film was released on video, Ellison was listed as one of the authors of the plot."
