However, not at all. The stories about Tylor have nothing to do with Hasek's satire, but rather represent a frivolous space opera, and so frivolous that even for the year of its release it was on the verge.
If the first episodes still somehow try to play satire, then the circus with horses begins altogether.
The turtles that came out after the first season are trying to fix this somehow, open up the world and add depth to the characters, but they don't have time. Having planned a sequel, for some reason, the creators cut off the release of new episodes in mid-sentence.
The parody relaunch from 2017 is a separate story. The big question is who needed it and why. Complete nonsense, the only advantage of which is an extremely modest timing.
