Of course, it's hard to judge by the 4 episodes, but I was very pleased with the overall mood of the season. Pen is beautiful – she finally threw off the shackles of her mother's style and began to shine! Colin is as thoughtful as in the book) I like the dynamics of Pen and Debling, which pushes Colin to accept his own feelings.
I am very happy for Mom Bridgerton this season. I remember, in the prequel about Queen Charlotte, she mentioned that her heart was tormented by a new passion)
I'm also glad that at least a little bit showed Kate and Anthony, who are still vividly chemical.
In general, the season is very sensual, as much as Penelope is sensual)

I was also killed by Cressida's line. If in previous seasons she was a bitch simply because, now the character has really been revealed and shown the hopelessness of her situation. A girl in the 19th century with a tyrant father - the situation couldn't be worse. Eluise, too busy with her own problems, just left her at the most difficult moment. Her parents are trying to marry the old man, of course she took advantage of the moment and lied to get the money and get out. And what normal person wouldn't do that? When they showed the scene of Pen taking out the money, I was already glad that she would give it to Cressida, not for silence, but out of sympathy, but no. Also, this scene with her departure at the end looks like a typical movie antagonist got what he deserved. But why was the viewer forced to empathize with her all season in order to drain her like that?
In general, it is not entirely clear why she has not found a husband in 3 seasons. A beautiful, young girl from a respectable family, whom even the prince courted in the first season. It seems to me that there certainly should have been at least some options besides the old grandfather, there are so many men around. In general, I hope the character has not been merged and she will still get her happiness next season.
