It's a wonderful series, but from a dramatic point of view, it seems that season 2 was very disappointing, so the impressions are different. but season 1 is almost a masterpiece.
Two completely dissimilar and seemingly categorically incompatible partners, with completely different personalities and almost opposite attitudes to rules and instructions, successfully solve crimes, despite all the disagreements and disputes.
It's not particularly original, but it's quite an entertaining story about a strange duo of police officers, their unexpectedly productive collaboration, fascinating detective investigations and a boring personal life. The cases themselves are quite diverse, but somehow artificial and awkward, however, the central place is given not to procedures and detective intrigue, but to the comedy of the main characters' relationships, their inappropriate eccentricities, slightly childish jokes and funny pickings, as well as all sorts of funny situations in which both fall both in the service and after it.
Installed, removed and mounted simply, not stretched. Good casting, they play with noticeable overkill. Humor and situations are often deliberate, and many jokes are rude and vulgar. At the same time, everything is too serious, and neither the rather primitive humor nor the slight antics of the actors are enough to perceive what is happening as a real parody.
It turned out to be a very mediocre comedy police series with cute main characters and unimportant cases. Light, entertaining and not stressful in any way.
Language. They speak a lot, sometimes quite quickly, mostly correctly, more or less intelligibly, without terrible accents or abstruse vocabulary, but subtitles can sometimes come in handy.
it would seem that there are so many detective series being filmed and there is nothing much to surprise, but this one could. here it is different) the scope is certainly not the same as that of such canonical "think like a criminal", but it is pleasant, it looks easy)
I look after "Black Sails" - a contrast, however)
