@John_Crichton: necroposting is from me, but it might come in handy. The scriptwriters laid out plans for the fourth final season - both the general arch and serially. Links are not allowed here, but it is googled for lost world tv series script season 4. There is a whole book in pdf on the website of screenwriter Reese Stevens. Perhaps there is also a translation, we had an active community on the series on social networks.
Once I was furious that the series was closed in the most interesting place. This scenario helped to reduce the heat a little))
