Cliffhanger is too cruel. Moreover, it is not even close to clear whether there will be a second season. It's a good series, but I was waiting for some kind of finality of it all. But it's still a great series. I hope they will give you more.
It was wonderful, of course I would not want to despair, but judging by the general popularity of the series, it probably will not be extended. :( On the one hand, it's better to leave everything as it is, personally, I can't imagine what else can be filmed there, maybe except for a special next Christmas. And you can no longer achieve the effect of such an unimaginably cool plot turmoil. On the other hand, it is still interesting what will happen next, this is not a logical genesis project, this is the mausoleum of crazy great-grandmother Tyrell, although you can arrange a Fallout
In general, I don't know about you, but for me it will remain one of the best series, the characters, the cast itself, the plot, the jokes, everything is at the highest level.
And yes, for those who are also delighted, but suddenly missed it, there is a not very popular mini-series Wrong Mans (with Matthew Baynton, playing the role of Jamie), where he plays even too similar a character, if you like Jamie, then be sure to watch. :)
Aha-ha! ))) if there is a second season, then most likely everything will turn like this - he will call to heaven again, the asteroid will turn around and fly away, and then he will require the door to open))))) after the river opens, do not go straight to the fortune teller, there will be something like that.
@kawaiidon: dude, I don't know what happened where the bomb went off, I didn't write down the timing of the events of the series in a notebook. But even if it did, you probably know that rivers don't open up in real life either?
Ariel has been sitting in the bunker all this time and telling us about the coming of the apocalypse! It's a pity Jamie suffered the most from his brother. I want to continue.
and who is in the box we still don't know? Or did I miss something? I was just killed by Malcolm, don't do that, bad boy. Shall mama give you some Num Nums mmm? Shall she? :D
@cartmanazi: Celine is not in the drawer, she is standing at the wall with a pregnancy test in her hands and laughing happily (or crazy). In the box, apparently a lure for season 2)) maybe another lost daughter/mom/sister/messiah/reborn father Jude? who knows...
@qqxa: I would probably bet on the President's mistress. It's just like that. )) You never know, mom decided to protect her son from the witness of the murder. And an absolute fool would be a good addition to this motley bunch in the bunker. I don't think I'll guess.))
I wish Jamie had resurrected his dad in the second season, well, I like too much how the invigorating Andy from parks and rec turned into Jude's father
"WHAT?! TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO????? WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!???!??!?!??" - my first lecture after watching it.
@faust02: Come on. Jaime will jump into the hatch that is under the truck. The hatch most likely leads to the bunker =) One way or another, he will survive. In general, he will have to swim naked in the waste, but what can he do) He has abilities - he will survive) It's a pity there won't be a sequel, apparently. A very intriguing ending. We never found out who was in the box)
I would have given the highest grade if it hadn't been for the finale. Not because it's tragic or illogical, it's just that there's a bunch of guns that haven't fired. The description retells the screensaver, but has nothing to do with the plot.
"You! Thames, get the fuck out of the way!" I love Ariel's incredibly angry, I hoped so much that Jamie and his family would finally be all right, but in the very end this bastard Ariel managed to screw up. one more episode is missing, where they will tell you who is in the box and what will happen next to everyone in the bunker, and how they will finally kill Ariel.
It's an awesome series. Everything is great, the only thing that saddens is the "guns that didn't fire".... It's unclear who is in the box, the mess with Jamie's divinity, Frankie's gift. And in general, bring back Jude's father))
This is a masterpiece!! I was just looking for some sitcom, but I came across this miracle. Firstly, Matthew Bainton is simply gorgeous in the title role (more precisely, in two roles at once, moreover, so different! He played the madman and the hero very well) I noticed him back in the 2011 Sitcom Spy (Must-watch by the way). He was on the sidelines there, but his charisma is very noticeable. The cast is excellent overall excellent. I've reconsidered my attitude towards Rob Lowe. Otherwise, I still had the image of Eddie Nero from Bludley's California in my head, but here his character just clings to the soul. And Jaime's daughter is really cool) That's right with the children's cast. It's nice to see talented child actors. The genre of the series is of course so peculiar) Comedy-drama, but with such a purely British touch. The drama was really amazing. I didn't expect it. I thought they'd be watching the whole series. And here are such direct plot moves...murders, deaths, in general, it catches, I want to look further. Well, the picture is of high quality. There are special effects, there are enough of them. And they look quite natural. All in all, this is the best thing I've watched in a long time. The series really surprised me. It's very difficult to be amazed by something on the screen right now. There are so many "cash" TV series. riveting 100,500 monotonous seasons, it's disheartening. So such series are like a breath of fresh air.
This is the final! It turns out that Ariel told us all the episodes from the bunker about the apocalypse. It's a pity that the series was closed. The pitch is interesting. And the ending was so hectic, it's not surprising that in the end Ariel was able to get into the bunker.
I really liked the series. The play of the actors, the characters, the mood, the plot, BUT until the last episode. As for me, the ending is a bit predictable. And there was no special delight for me personally. I was very disappointed
A very intense series! I hoped for a positive outcome until the end, but probably not fate. I really love series of this format - 10 episodes each, where the closer to the end, the more intense and interesting the series become. And oh, those Brits! They know how to throw a piece * at the most unexpected moment! 5 points for the series and the last episode! I wonder what will happen when they realize it's not Jamie...
Mdaaaa, the series also ends on a cliffhanger, a waste of time. Well, it would be funny or dramatic for these ten episodes, but no. If I had known, I would never have watched it =\
Well, somehow all this is not clear, crumpled, there is no final.Plot twists, well, yes there is, but towards the end the outspoken Benny Hill went...Pam from the office is on top, she has a separate respect.
Beautiful England with sheep and meteorites 😄😄 It was expected that Jamie would not enter the bunker, but I watched it with pleasure anyway. Oh, I would even look at what happened there after the countdown reached 00:00
Hospodii, I'm in shock It's such a pity that we finished, but you can come up with a bunch of options in your head. I was glad to see familiar actors from "Scum", "The Office" and "Ghosts" 💛
But only one question. How did he run from another city and catch up with them? His car broke down, and it's unlikely that he rushed along the bottom after them.
Jamie is the unluckiest deity.
That's not why the Thames diverged.

I'm desperately hoping for a second season.
