@_KIRILLER: That's how Kagura can walk without an umbrella for a short time.
At the same time, Mutsu is wearing a hat at night. Mb they are from different types of Yato.

@shei350: somewhere earlier or later there was a moment when the creators kicked themselves for Kagura walking quietly without an umbrella somewhere. Apparently, it was just a blunder. Maybe sometimes for the sake of the script.)
