@Nanneke: these are protest celebrations following the results of the 2012 elections. They lasted for several months starting from the end of 2011, even before the elections, but they became massive following their results, when Tupin won again. In particular, a civilian camp near the monument to Abai Kunanbayev is most likely shown in Urgant.
