s03e21 — Party Pooper Pants

SpongeBob decides to have a party and invites everyone. He bothers everyone with his schedule, written down to the minute, but accidentally leaves the house and cannot get back. He tries to get inside in various ways, but to no avail. He is noticed by the police and arrested for not inviting them to the party. Finally getting into the house, SpongeBob thinks that his party is hopelessly ruined, but Patrick tells him: "You're the best party planner!" and advises you to repeat the party next weekend, which makes SpongeBob very happy.
