@_Chipmunk: Sometimes there's a lot of stupidity here. I understand that Ben couldn't hand over the maniac, because then the series wouldn't be shown any further, but it was all sooooo stupid. The only ones I like in the series are Danny, Hank (also, oddly enough, sometimes causes disgust, but at the same time a lot of sympathy).

An unbearably idiotic scene. Jane is generally freezing out with her behavior. As if he wouldn't see a severed finger and a puddle of blood on the floor. It's crazy.

In general, some fiercely stupid series. And Mayer is dumb. And if Ben really turns out to be the son of this waitress, then it will all slide into santabarbara.

PS: how did this journalist find this waitress at all?? I seem to have missed something.

@xanti: well, he didn't go down to the cop even once, she always comes. He only dragged the cop into the basement in an unconscious state.
