I was listening to Ricky and I just shed tears.
Overall, I really liked the last season. He is funnier, the characters are more diverse, and we have received an answer to the long-overdue question about the fate of Zack and Mimmi's mom. I won't say that I would like to continue, but the end came out slightly crumpled: the mermaids shared their plans with each other in the grotto, Zach with his friends in a cafe. Compared to the final scene of last season, this is very modest, and only Mimmi, who followed in Serena's footsteps, turned out to be very sincere.

After watching the last episode of season 4, I hoped that I would take off the sequel, because I really liked this series. But I'm glad the mermaids are doing well.

It is a pity that there is no continuation!

At first, I was pleased with the presence of season 3, which I had not seen before! And Bella, just a miracle! Mom, I fell in love with a mermaid)))
Then I'll find out about the spin-off. All the seasons flew by in a matter of days!
Ricky's appearance was very encouraging, as was her adult life. I'm watching the final episodes, when Ricky and the mermaids are in the Moon Pool, and pictures from H2O are spinning in my head.

I try not to pay attention to inconsistencies, let's assume that the flock of Mako mermaids had a period of some kind of Great Migration that lasted several months and the H2O plot passed without their participation)

I started watching after H2O, under the impression and in the hope that the series would be a plot at the level of the first two seasons of the original. But the miracle did not happen. Perhaps I would have appreciated it more if I had watched it at a younger age.
The first season of the spin-off clearly laid down a different development of storylines, and this is very striking. Well, and, in principle, there are a lot of inconsistencies and illogicality here. The original, despite being aimed at a children's audience, was very profound. In general, the spin-off season 3 turned out to be the most interesting and strongest in terms of plot. But in all three seasons, not a single character has caught on. I was glad to see Ricky and learn a little about how the fate of the first trio turned out.
