I hardly found a place to watch this series. And even then, only in the original and terrible quality...
the first episode reminded me of the Third Shift, if you remove the firefighters and the ambulance from there.

One of the themes seems to be racism - a white cop and a black criminal. The series has been around for more than twenty years, but nothing has changed =D And it's funny and sad...
