it looks like a hybrid of GTO and Konosuba. It's very funny in places.

Frankly on the trocheck. It didn't work out to mix tragedy and laughter with a fanservice into one. And in general, the anime looks like there should have been at least 24 episodes in it.
A lot is crumpled, not said and not disclosed.
An extremely small part of the minor characters have individuality, and the main characters interact exclusively with each other.
There are standard episodes for school anime (for example, a trip to the sea), which, even taking into account their dilution by the main plot, are boring to watch. And template characters do not add interest against the background.
Heroes from nowhere begin to broadcast the exposition. Apparently, because of the limited timing.
Of the pros: there is very little fanservice. At least, for a school twelve-part series.

In general, it's not bad, but I don't want to advise at all.
