Strangely enough, this season also deserves praise, if only because of the ending. Although I liked Progressive better) It can be seen that Haruhara has changed a bit and there is no obsession)
I don't understand why everyone liked the sequel so much. To be honest, I didn't understand why there were these twelve episodes. The new characters are kind of boring and meaningless, the only old ones are Haruka (whose story has nothing new), the plot is sucked out of the finger. The third season is generally similar to a school drama, and in the second there are incomprehensible vinaigrettes from everything in a row. I even decided to review the first season, and the difference is huge! I love the first one with all my heart, all the characters are alive, with their drama and madness, even the understatement does not seem pretentious and meaningless, unlike seasons 2 and 3. For me, there is only the incomparable first season, and I will try to forget about the existence of the rest as soon as possible.
I still have vague impressions of the second season, there was a feeling of some kind of non-vulgarity, I don't know, everything seems to be the same, but something is definitely wrong, so I got to the third season for a sooo long time and with a pretty small desire (I wouldn't bother my eyes on myshows). But this season amazed me, and don't get me wrong, it doesn't reach the fullness of the first season, but I think they managed to catch on to what this is. And no, fuli kuli is not a battle of humanoid robots climbing out of the heads of poor schoolchildren, not a yellow vespa and its permanent owner Haruhara Haruko, and not even hands and irons regularly trying to smooth the Earth. All this, of course, is a symbol of foulness, but by no means the main thing. Fuli Kuli is a parable about the problems of teenagers, acceptance of the inevitable and, most importantly, about growing up. And yes, this season may look less like Fuli Kuli, but it feels that way.

8The last two episodes are explosive compared to the 4 at the beginning.

The last episode is creepy.
I don't know if there's any other anime that could compare to this.
