@vovoch: I totally agree! And about reducing the dose by 500 times is simply ridiculous! With huge initial doses, monkeys with actually less weight and body area (and less lethal dose) compared to humans would have died in one hour. Unless, of course, there are no specific metabolites in the "medicine" harmful only to homo sapiens, but this is unlikely.
