Only Fubuki is maybe pissed off, for the first season she seems to have left a pleasant impression, but here she is a hysterical madwoman. Maybe no one paid attention, but she was going to cripple Saitama so that he could never become a hero again. And apparently she has already done so. This will not be erased for me, a rotten character forever, even if they rub ten episodes about sisterly complexes.

I find her logic wrong myself. In her head, what she's doing is the right thing. She "protects" heroes with a lower rank from arrogant persons of A and S class. And while she was doing this, she herself did not go far from the Cute Mask, ready to break anyone who dares even think about the S-class rank. That's just unlike the Mask, it really is not capable of harming anyone. She can only scare, just like her henchmen. She had been doing this for so long that she completely fell out of reality and forgot herself in her dreams.

In general, I'm not defending her (although if you look at how much I've written here...), I'm just saying that as a character, she's pretty interesting. The juice will come next. So to speak, the road to redemption.

Yes, if she attacks it will hurt, but not in the way she describes it. I don't remember her ever beating anyone. Heroes ranked lower, knowing about her "reputation" (her own stories, plus the fact that she is the sister of Tornado) simply obey her without question. She doesn't even have to resort to Esper powers.
