And Nedim is recovering.

@Stavropol: Yes, from what they showed us, it's clear that he just didn't help when he fell, so he blames himself for it all his life. When he sees Nedim, he always leaves, not because he does not like him, but because he feels guilty and cannot look into his eyes because of this feeling of guilt.
In general, I think that if initially everything had been told how it was and Nedim would have been treated normally, and Jenk was taken to a psychologist, then everything would have been fine for all of them, and so it turned out to be a great mystery with an unknown end
