@ClassicUA: 20 episodes, two were not completed due to the coronavirus. They were not filmed by a strand - because of the schedule of the Tire, 19 and 20, it was 21-22 episodes, and 19-20 were never filmed, but they were filers, so they did not greatly affect the plot.

I don't understand why plottwist at the end turned out to be so shocking for me, because this alignment was expected, taking into account Malcolm's emotional state (well, the name of the next series, which is a sin to conceal).

For the entire series, starting from 3 minutes, I paused the series 6 times and just like "WHAT?", then rewound it and again "WHAT????????"
I just did not expect that they would twist it like that.
I really hope that the final will be worthwhile, because you need to come out of this sooo beautiful and interesting, and not merge everything, as it happens.

it was very scary to watch the cinnamon bun-with-shin squeeze out the eyes... I still think Michael is a brilliant actor. to play in such a way as to make you experience simultaneous delight and disgust is aerobatics. and such an abnormally touching moment when Malcolm shouted "Dad" and the Surgeon woke up with a second wind.
The series is what you need!

it's a pity for Eve, she was good, she suffered a lot in her life and died a terrible death. maybe now the sister will show up and avenge her.
the killer attacked the wrong one. I thought Daddy could handle him in handcuffs. maniacs have inexhaustible powers, because neither pity nor fear are familiar to them.
and yet, how much Malcolm has conflicting feelings for his father, that he both hates him and is afraid of losing him.
Gil is such a positive guy, just a couple for a naive mom.
sister is still a dark horse, from which it is unknown what to expect.
and yes, this new villain is probably putting his promises into effect, he started with Jessica, tracked down his sister, now he got to his son.

Shin is just amazing, that's really not possible to get mad at him even knowing his entire track record. And this is his reaction to the word "dad" once again convince that he loves his son and his children very much in general. It was a very touching moment. It's a pity, of course, Malcolm, so many contradictory feelings live in him at the same time. Yes, he understands with his head that his father is a homicidal maniac, but at the same time the Surgeon is right, for them he was not a bad father, he played with them and danced and read books to them. And it's hard to just hate someone you've always loved, especially if they're parents.
