Moreover, the series does not pretend to the reality of the events, not even a hint of them, but, on the contrary, filmed in homage to the book, the fictional hero. So, discarding all his bias, logic and the indignation of his grandfather, "lies! I don't believe it," I'm ready to continue watching and accept this picture as an unfounded, albeit naive story where a simple guy can bend the system and give justice to the offenders...

I started watching it at the age of 21 and abandoned it, continued at 23 and abandoned it again, and after the recent news about the Louvre robbery, I realized it was time to watch it in full :)

So far, gg is burning too much, but on the other hand, it really looks fresher and better than the eternally brilliant super-clever characters that every first one had in the 2010s.

The ideas are really good — there are interesting clues and an attempt to spin a clever scheme.
But the implementation is so weak that it becomes physically difficult to watch.
The events take place in some kind of parallel reality, where the laws of logic and common sense simply do not work.
Absolutely all the surrounding characters behave as stupidly and unnaturally as possible, as if the scriptwriters had forgotten that people can think.
Don't even expect some kind of elegant intrigue in the spirit of Ocean's 11 Friends or an intense intellectual game like in Prestige.
Instead, you get a lot of frustration from ridiculous decisions and holes in the plot.
It's a pity for the time spent — there was potential, but the result was a failure.
