very clumsily introduced a new girl. as usual, "we've always known about her, but this is the first time you've heard about her in 4 seasons." and she's not bad, actually. I will be glad if she stays to work with everyone.

I liked the new doctors - both Billy and Jake. I am happy for Dr. Voss - she is really good and she will be able to manage the hospital, especially considering that Bell, I think, will help her with this. Devon has performed well and I also hope that he will be able to influence the system.

The hospital will live, but the staff is now fleeing from there. A paradox.

I am very glad for Pravesh that he was able to help an elderly man get back on his feet and will continue to influence the system.
I hope that Jack will improve his relationship with his father and everything will be fine.
But Voss has been showing leadership qualities for a long time, so I hope she will open up in a new way in this position.
