On the contrary, I really liked the episode, one of the strongest of the season for sure. It's just a pity Pierce wasn't there, even though he's not the nicest person, he brings his own colors to the group.
@AnchousVit: Come on, it's just that everyone decided to gather at Jeff's place for the holiday, and Annie doesn't like the look of his apartment, so she decorated it.
The last few seconds are the sweetest - a purring little kitten sitting in Abed's palm and washing its face, while Abed himself replays in his imagination a dark alternate reality with Annie and Jeff
A gift for Abed is pasta with butter (Buttered noodle). It has already flashed before in the series, e.x. S03E16 at the end of the series, Abed offers Annie to eat these noodles, and also in the simulation of the Dreamarium there were vending machines with such noodles (8:15 min of that episode). So Abed really adores her)
What a wonderful villain, I love when the villains in sitcoms are not only cartoon (sorry, Chang) but also as if they came from another universe, this one could have taken root without changes in the film adaptation of Agatha Christie.
