A gift for Abed is pasta with butter (Buttered noodle).
It has already flashed before in the series, e.x. S03E16 at the end of the series, Abed offers Annie to eat these noodles, and also in the simulation of the Dreamarium there were vending machines with such noodles (8:15 min of that episode). So Abed really adores her)

What a wonderful villain, I love when the villains in sitcoms are not only cartoon (sorry, Chang) but also as if they came from another universe, this one could have taken root without changes in the film adaptation of Agatha Christie.
