I think the option of adoption should be considered as absolutely extreme and as hopeless as possible. Some people have been trying for years. They're very young. Of course, it is clear that this is all individual, and apparently they really want to become parents. But also with their work.. and yes, Dix said everything beautifully at the end. But if I were them, I would go with the flow for now and let the situation go if possible.
