And it turns out quite funny, if you are disabled and you have a serious autoimmune disease and you work through pain, then this is not an excuse for your failures - you need to be in shape (c). But if you were not given a model of the right race, then this is racism and you will be listened to and comforted. And the bottom line is that you need to cope with your favorite problems, including physical and psychological pain. I do not understand how these two cases differ: two people are in pain and both explain their failure by a loose state, but in one case support, and in the other - your illness is not an excuse.
