A strange aftertaste remained. On the one hand, I looked at everything in 3 days, so I liked it. But on the other hand, I probably won't advise him, this is not a series for everyone. Peculiar. I sat down to review the original film after him and found that the terrible Beha)) so awkward and illogical. Here, the alien is played by an actor convincingly enough. Bowie, for all my love for him, didn't really play. And the story is written logically, the characters have motives at least. So you can watch it. And a separate respect for the titles of the chapters ❤

I started watching the series because of a video excerpt that I came across in the shorts. The moment when the alien was sick of gold pawn rings.

So I was hoping to see something different in the series, not a drama. I wanted more fiction. Probably, I wanted to see something like "Solar opposites" on minimals. There are more either the capabilities of an alien organism or its inventions.

And it turned out to be something like "A messenger from outer space", only at least there is more humor in the latter.
Bottom line: the series is certainly good, but not for me.

The series is good, without kinks in some kind of agenda, topic or something like that. A good plot, not a bad motivation for certain characters.

I did not understand why it was necessary to hand over Newton, he could simply be kept away from the king.

And of course, gg, trying to save an entire race, must think logically and save only the most useful for the species.

However, why he should return is also not very clear. If the core is enough to fly back, it may be enough to save your home planet.
Moreover, to take them to a planet where there are billions of people is such a thing. Everything will turn into whatever the 9th district or complete enslavement / extermination.

It's funny how they've woven science, aliens, and God into the series.
