@ihalesia: it turns out: not an African-American doctor, not a pastor, not Basil, not a bald magician (although, it seems, in the end he was released from prison, leaving only Basil).. we have three sisters (although each seems to have an alibi for this series), a detective, and the widow of a sadistic dude from the first series.. Who else?

The red-haired sister also left without saying where. I don't think she called the man just out of sisterly love, but why not for a distraction? Although I don't see any motivation for her to kill at all. Unless she could have been in a relationship with the pastor's father and was taking revenge because of his death, and not Margaret, and it just hadn't been revealed yet... Hz, such a theory suddenly emerged 😅

well, the doctor turns out that Margaret's death is not to blame, she just studied the corpse. Well, she staged a hard dismemberment. If the killer is not a pastor, then I don't see any logic in killing the doctor.
Maybe the maniac bartender or whoever opened the door for the detective? He will turn out to be the illegitimate son of a convict or secretly in love with Margaret, Then there will be logic in the murder of the doctor: revenge for his father or for the mutilated body of his beloved))
