Hell's Paradise seems like the perfect combination of Annihilation, Gunn's Suicide Squad, and Battle Royale. But I am disappointed that the ogre-oiran was hacked to death and Yamada Asaemon with a bandage, voiced by Furukawa Makoto, was eaten; and with kunoichi it is still unclear, I hope she is alive. Presented a bunch of interesting characters and killed more than half of them in the next series. Eh.

The island in full color is really impressive, the shots are amazing, how much it is blooming beautiful! And how much it looks like "Paradise", but, as Gabimaru points out, such a rich nature is really unnatural. The swordsman quickly worked with chopping off the infected hand. It's just crawling/flying insects - it's disgusting and okay, but butterflies with human faces, millipedes with hands sticking out of their mouths, a giant with hands instead of eyes, a fishman is a nightmare, kripota, goosebumps. Body horror is good, it should be crazier next, the design of monsters gives the "Devilman" manga and "CSM" from the recent.

Gabimaru is scary when he wants to kill, I don't think there are many who can defeat him. I wonder how many Shinobi Iwagakure, not counting the head, can seriously strain him. The battle with Sagiri is basically brain vs heart - what he has to do (what he has been taught all his life) vs what he wants to do. A beautiful scene with the "ghost" of his wife freeing him from the chains of the owner.

But at the same time, such a move is interesting - you don't know who will end up alive. In Game of Thrones, this worked in a plus. I think everyone who was not shown dead in this series (and was in the opening) is still alive: kunoichi, bakugo on maximals, a giant and a girl from a mountain settlement, not counting Gabimaru and the swordsman himself

By the way, the swordsman is Inada Tetsu, the voice of the Prospector (like Daiki Yamashita will also appear)

It became sad that everything would not end with one season and I would have to wait a very long time for the film adaptation of all magic. But it's worth it! There is so much blood, tin and other things that I want to see the animation of everything I read 🔥

The one who made the backdrops in this episode deserves a lot of praise. The "brightness" of the episode contrasted with what was happening in the episode itself and created a great symbiosis of bloodiness and horror. Excellent combination, I am most satisfied with the series. In particular, it is worth highlighting the moment when his dark side separates from Gabimaru, a very cool moment. Sagiri continues to be a beloved character.

Очень нравится задумка, но не нравится Габимару. Ожидать действительного жестокого холодного убийцу от него, наверное, было бы слишком, но я не в восторге от всей истории с чувствами, женой и прочим - устала от такого. Но это имхо, видно, что история пока что выглядит достойно, как и остальные персонажи (жаль, что не все из них будут дальше, они выглядели многообещающими)

@sonarana: жена для Габимару, как по мне, тот самый человек который не позволяет ему переступить черту и не скатиться в совсем конченого убийцу. Она его своего рода вытаскивают из тени на свет, если это можно так назвать.

всего третий эпизод, а рыжего красавчика с повязкой на глазу уже убили, ну как так-то. да и добрую часть того колоритного преступного состава, а ведь сначала казалось "да тут сразу видно, кто выживет". типичный приём, все дела. а тут вон оно как. жаль, хотелось посмотреть на них в действии. или здесь не всё так просто?..
когда крупным планом показали набор самых разных цветов, тоже подумалось "разве они могут расти вместе?" и тут же об этом сказали персонажи 😅 кажется, что эта кислотность даже пахнет прямо через экран, сразу как-то не по себе становится. а уж про живность я вообще молчу.
интересный замес - конфликт не только внешний, но и внутренний. интересно, к чему придут персонажи.

Етить создатели сразу с козырей пошли, половину персонажей поубивали в третьей серии. А я думал, глядя, как их преподносят, что хоть до конца сезона большинство доживёт. Но походу это аниме из разряда "Королевской Битвы" не для казуалов. Супер класс.
