s01e10 — I'll Definitely Be Hurt Someday

Such a wonderful anime!) Very nice, pleasant, so many positive emotions from watching)

It was the shortest twenty-minute episode I've ever watched. A master class from the Madhouse staff (and those involved). Impeccable visual storytelling combined with a pleasant OST and direction! A wonderful series where, in a cliche with a sick heroine, she was made really sick, one of the few cases when a character is urgently taken to the hospital.

The background is terribly sad. So sorry for the girl, but Yamada is not to blame. He blamed himself all this time, although it was actually his classmates' fault that they bullied her, and the teacher's fault that he did not take any action to stop them. She wasn't mad at him, she just apologized and thanked him, which made me feel even more sorry for her. Children can be very cruel, it's a pity that the situation with bullying was not resolved by adults. One can only hope that she transferred to a school with a much nicer environment.

Tsubaki looks too much like Yamada. She doesn't have the qualities to break through his armor. Yes, she had many opportunities, but there is no guarantee that it would have worked between them, even if she had used them. I think Tsubaki was playing a game she couldn't win. And she knew it.

The sick Akane is charming and funny. The benefit of her funny faces, her long sneezing and stretching her legs with Yamada is oh, haha. The animators seemed to really have fun playing with how to make the characters look funny at such moments. I admire her look at parting, such an infectious positive.

Yamada has the patience of a saint, dealing with someone in a delusional state can really be hard. In a sense, Akane is his opportunity to correct what he considers his past mistakes (he didn't tell that girl anything to make her feel better in the end). I really like how his memories are intertwined with caring for Akane. So cute at the end when she subconsciously didn't want to let him go. And he's VERY HANDSOME in this series. Looks into the soul.

The plot didn't move much. We just found out once again that Yamada is the best (relatively, of course)

After all, she kicked him in the face!! And the way Yamada laughed after Akane jumped to the headboard, melted my heart and then this look of his, did he really begin to understand? Of course, almost nothing happened in the series, but we were shown what happened to Tsubaki. It was interesting to see Yamada from her point of view. Well, the ninja masseur finally.

Вже не вперше бачу в аніме, що герої при застуді прямо на межі смерті. Коли в мене застуда, я просто на роботі п'ю фервекс і соплі течуть, навіть голова не паморочиться

Очень больно осознавать, что Ямада помогал девочке только из-за того, что его попросил учитель... Но понять его можно, как говорится, "насильно мил не будешь"...
Но как же Ямадо мило заботится об Акане, в больницу свозил, остался вместе с ней. Видно, что волнуется о ней, что считает ее важной для себя. Понимаю состояние Акане, я тоже всякие бредни несу, когда мне очень плохо.
И мне очень нравится позиция Акане, которая решила, что лучше расстаться нормально, без ссор и скандалов. Это стоит много усилий.
Искренне переживала, что Акане слишком сильно заедет Ямаде ногой по лицу 😂

Жуткая детская травма! Сердечко кровью обливается. Вызывает восхищение тот факт, что он не вскрыл себе вены и смог найти силы жить дальше, несмотря на все потрясения. Жертвам домашнего насилия стоит утереть сопли и брать пример с этого титана.

Не знаю, как я здесь оказался, но хочу отметить деталь, которую, скорее всего, пропустило большинство, так как об этом упоминается не в каждой серии, и даже не каждые пять минут:

Ямада - безумно красивый красавчик, и у девчат, когда они рядом, за секунды труселя насквозь промокают, менять не успевают. А ещё он геймер. И не просто, а Про. Вот.
Да, и красавчик, как модель. И бабы текут. И геймер.
