The 21st century and everyone is insanely tolerant, that's understandable. But this issue is not so acute in life that there is not a single modern old-school TV series, where universal values are put at the forefront, and not only issues of self-identification ... well, seriously!
It is especially annoying when the character is one! And he became gay for the sake of a plot twist and a wow effect, and not that the viewer would be systematically brought to this through the seasons…
