@shiroisasori: Warp cells, which are used to move in space, are made from ore that the Chill mined (only they can touch the ore without consequences). Last season, the Chillies were released, the mine was blown up, and there's apparently an Aboriginal guerrilla movement all over the planet. Even without taking this into account, instantaneous movement instead of hours/days on the road without having to build any ships at all (accordingly, there are no restrictions on the volume/ mass of the ship) is a huge advantage. Teleport is definitely more efficient than a warp engine.
