It's a pretty intense series and all that catches your eye are harmless monsters, that local version of Gollum, that heartbreaking scenes with a monster mom and her baby. I wonder what all this will result in next.
The first season was special for me, because I am a fan of the original source, the first episodes were somehow "adapted", and not just "based on motives", so when the series was closed, I was not particularly upset, the ending disappointed me.
Now the name "Sweet Home" justifies itself only in the context that a new species is trying to get a "sweet home" on the planet, whereas the first season and the original source is a story in a closed space, with a special atmosphere where the emphasis is on the growth of characters. The second season will already be pure fiction (of course, not without pumping out the main themes and ideas), but as it became clear to me from the first series, the inventions will be well implemented, if this goes on, then the result will be a good fan fiction, I write without negativity.
It's not a chamber story anymore, but some kind of scale, let's see if this whole thing doesn't disappoint me.
The graphics are lame, but watchable, not to say that in the first season she was as good as anyone.
P.S. HOW MANY TIMES DURING THE SERIES DID I SAY "I HATE PEOPLE"?! I've lost count.
It was only at the end of episode 1 that I realized why the character of Celik, who was so serious last season, had changed so much, and here he wanted to live at any cost and not suffer...
A scene with a mom and a baby monster.... I was incredibly sad. But the commander's decision not to kill the kid is quite strange. Yes, this baby is harmless and does not harm anyone, but if we assume that they have intelligence, then it's as if he would want to avenge his mother's death in the future.
I completely forgot what happened to Do Hyun's character... He's dead, isn't he?.. it is sad. In general, I remember almost all the characters, except for the girl with a square and colored coloring.... Who is it anyway....
And I am also amazed by the heroine Si Yong, a pregnant woman jumps and tries to save her husband. Although remembering her cubes from the first season, it's not surprising.
And there is also a scene with the suicide of his son and the death of his mother. That's what karma does... granny was very sorry, even if she only appeared in the series for 5 minutes.
I hope that the military man who is now driving a car with survivors from home will play an important role, because that's how he is. But I didn't understand why he was willing to risk his life to pick up and save Do Hyun's sister in a car.... or I forgot something from season 1 again....
In general, so far there are mixed impressions, the atmosphere of this series is very different from the entire season 1, more open locations, WE SEE THE STREET, and, so far, less scary situations are happening.
But let's see what happens next
