I watched it, although I forced myself, I was still wondering who killed him. We raised a very important topic, but unfortunately we were so weakly able to show and reveal it. The trial is generally some kind of farce. "The prosecution has proven guilty..." what??? Where is at least one proof, except for the trail and the neighbor.
Three is a stretch! But the topic is important!

There is only one positive thing in this story - the mother came to her senses and they were able to save the family. Although, of course, this is a lifelong trauma for everyone.

The finale is that there is no justice. Anyway (I'm a criminal lawyer), it was a pure premeditated murder. There are no signs of self-defense here. Of course, Stella has a teenage trauma, this is understandable, but you can't get away from the rage from the fact of such a betrayal of beloved Chris either. And most importantly, the parents. Which, no matter for what reasons, both contributed to the concealment of the crime. I'm not in favor of putting Stella away for life. But she had to be punished. And as a result, complete impunity. When a person commits murder and is not punished, he will not be happy, he can only pretend to be so, because he will always remember what he did (the exception is psychopaths and sociopaths, and Stella is not like that).

I cried almost the entire episode... The scene of Amina's rape was physically painful💔
Very sorry for Stella, poor traumatized child. And I understand very well why she killed Chris. On the topic of victimblaming, I wrote a comment on the previous series, this is a very big problem of society, which is so deeply rooted that it is hard to believe that humanity will ever get rid of it. Some comments on this series only prove this. 
On this topic, I recommend watching the TV series Unbelievable (2019, Netflix).


And the best character in this series is a prison guard❤️ ❤

I liked the series, it touches on topical issues very vitally, but of course the parents are so-so, they hid her rape... Stella, of course, did a good job, killed him, the defense, acquitted, and thanks for that, the girl suffered.. But friendship is very emotional when there are such friends who go to the last and look for friends.
Many topics were touched upon in the series, and each one was well disclosed.

Начало было интересное, а под конец все хуже и хуже. Персонаж парня вообще не проработан, суд - нелепейшая ерунда (хоть один юрист консультировал сценаристов?).
А еще прекрасные двойные стандарты. Парень в первой серии насилует девушку - он преступник и виновен, она - жертва и не виновна (что так и есть). А потом девушка убивает мужчину (то есть она - Убийца, а он - жертва), но нееееет, все не так однознааааачно, у нее же были причины, а может он вообще сам виноват в своей смерти. Нет, у нее не было причин убивать упавшего мужчину - у нее были причины обратиться в полицию: она стала свидетелем изнасилования, подруге что-то подсыпали (и это обнаружат в крови плюс куча лекарств в его квартире плюс показания бывшей подружки), он за ними погнался с ножом (как удобно для сценаристов, что сосед крики парня слышал, а угрозы девушкам - нет). Но героиня выбрала убийство. А подружка-будущий юрист это убийство покрыла - отличное начало будущей карьеры.
Ну и плюс родители, которые совершили мелких и не очень преступлений, насколько фантазии хватило, включая препятствование правосудию, нанесение телесных повреждений, сокрытие и уничтожение улик, сговор со свидетелем и еще всякого по мелочи. Но у них же тоже есть оправдание, правда же?
Похоже, что теперь общество разрешает жертвам становиться палачами и превосходить в преступлениях своих обидчиков.
В итоге темы в сериале подняли важные, но ни с чем авторы не справились. Еще и извращенную картину мира пропихнули. Очень плохо.
