An advertising OVA that you can safely not watch. In the end, everything turned back into a battle between Izuku and Kachchan, laughed with All Might, who "saved" the dog :D Big eyes are funny. Anime creators don't really like Shoto, despite his popularity, and that's the way it is. He doesn't have a lot of experience and the opportunity to play, and it would be possible to show his childish joy at being able to do such things for the first time. But instead, the screenwriters give priority to Blowjob (again nasty, although they have not commented on it for a long time), leaving fans with almost no content, at the same time shamelessly using it to advertise their OVA.
