Steve is just the star of this episode - he suffered from ageism and showed himself amazingly creatively) In general, he deserved to win)
I like so much how Nick reacts to his failings with a light heart and joy for others. Such a contrast to the terribly infuriating and smug John. It's like the reincarnation of the disgusting Lou Sanders.

But in general, the season comes to me sluggishly, to be honest, although I can't figure out what's wrong.

Steve with the crossword puzzle is a tower, it was necessary to get so confused, and in general it is clear that a very creative person thinks; Nick is just a charming participant, probably one of the most charming in all seasons of the show; Sophie is a wonderful chaos. But Joan and John didn't fall for the soul at all...

There are no loonies this season, everyone is too normal and restrained. Even a couple of bright moments like slatdropping and an impromptu competition "who will jump higher" look fake. The cast lacks the eccentric catalyst of the dork
