SpongeBob tells the story that he loses his nameplate and goes crazy. He tries to recall all the events of the past day, but Patrick constantly interferes with him. Later, they start rummaging through the trash together in search of a sign and accidentally discover that SpongeBob just put on his uniform backwards.
