Spongebob and Patrick bother Squidward while he is playing the clarinet, and the mouthpiece of the clarinet gets into his throat. Spongebob and Patrick enter Squidward's body with the help of Sandy's scaled-down submarine to pull out the mouthpiece and help Squidward. When SpongeBob has almost managed to cut the mouthpiece, Patrick suddenly stupidly enlarges the submarine right in Squidward's body.
