s03e12 — The Memory of My First Love

Well, that's it! What can I say? The series is simply gorgeous, and although I've never liked this genre, it's this anime that definitely deserves all five stars.

What did Tenri say to Diana that she got wings? What?
And... well, what kind of ending is that? So guess now whether they'll be with Chihiro or not.
And, yes, did the captives lose their memories after the "departure" of the goddesses? Or not?

Well, judging by the manga, he'll end up with Chihiro.
And the goddesses haven't gone anywhere, they're still in the girls' bodies.

Oh, but they could have ended the series with a happy ending with Chihiro. But alas...

If someone had warned me that I should stop watching the second season, I would have been immensely grateful to that person.
We missed the rescue of 8 girls, i.e. the material for the whole 2 seasons.
I watched this anime because it's a light comedy about a lover of harem games who uses his gaming experience to save real girls by making them fall in love with him. All. It was shown in the first season. I liked that. That's what I was ready to keep looking at.
But no. The Japanese would not be Japanese if they did not try to cram great evil and the salvation of the world into every work.
I've never played harem guards, but it was interesting to see how a pure nerd harem guards behaves when meeting real girls. And then there's the thing that they lose their memory after a kiss. Yes, then you can show a lot of types, characters and ways to conquer them.
But why ? Let's bring in the great evil and save the world. That's what the first two seasons were about, right?
If only it were possible to rate each season. Then the first two get an A. The third one gets a two.
