The doctor comes out as a Cylon himself, otherwise how does Shelly exist in his imagination and synchronously move from there to reality? And he is programmed to think that he is a human being, so that he does not reveal himself accidentally

This crowd of journalists somehow looks very foreign in a situation where there are less than 50 thousand people left, and they are all flying on several spaceships.

There was a suspicion that all this was a performance of Cylon No. 6 in Baltar's head. he sometimes confuses fantasy and reality. The appearance of the president was especially strange. and with a speech about trust and instincts.
