I don't understand. At the beginning of the season, in the second episode, we are told that the souls who have fallen into the community of souls no longer change. For example, they showed Shibata (the boy who lived in the parrot in the first season) and his “older brother”, who died already in 1947 and did not change. Why did Rukia and Renji grow up??? Because they were pumping up their spiritual power? And where do the souls who died in the community of souls go? Are they reborn?

@strange_egi: According to Rukia's stories, they really are reborn. Perhaps not everyone has the strength to do this. I'm interested in something else: why can't these very souls find their relatives if they remember the past? Is it really so difficult to make a simple accounting system for newcomers?
