The whole series rolled her eyes at how Kristina continues to ignore the interns (Lexipedia! :D)

how Sloan shrugs it off, how Richard is always right, and so on

But it's good that this series is kind of instructive, and in the end they draw conclusions.

Derek and Meredith - it feels like you just can't leave them happy, you have to come up with some kind of problem.
