I thought until the last moment that Owen would wake up, that he had only dreamed all this, and he was really strangling her, even though he was not conscious. Kristina did the right thing when she came out to him and hugged him, made him look at her and said that everything was fine. She took this situation from a doctor's point of view. From the very beginning, Kristina knew that he had problems, and he did not hide it when he honestly answered her direct question. I don't understand why she slept with him, but it was hot. And then this scene is over... Kristina made this decision because she was worried about her health and Owen's, she wanted to be with him and hoped to the end that everything could be changed, but when a person causes pain in a state of PTSD, there's nothing you can do. He can't control it, he doesn't want to hurt her, so they split up.
