A doctor should treat everyone the same, his job is to treat, and not give labels to who lives and who does not.Yes, this guy is a rapist, but it's not for a doctor to decide his fate, life will punish such people anyway.

Agree. The people who have targeted you simply do not understand that human rights violations (such as refusal to provide medical care) always begin with "criminals", and then gradually pass on to other people. No matter who or what a person has done, the doctor must make every effort to save him, and then justice will decide how to punish him. Doctors should not make decisions about who lives and who dies.
