It sucks. In the first season, mermaids were shown in a very unusual way, they were special, and now, as it turned out, every second person can become a mermaid if they just climb into the pond on a full moon. So Zack's friend would not have stolen the rod of Newt last season, but would have just climbed into the pond and got his tail. The new two girls are not interesting at all. Quite ordinary, as it turned out, mermaids, like everyone else.
I don't understand who likes the continuation of h2o at all. As for me, the sequel is really the stupidest.

She has a completely normal reaction, but what will you do if your boyfriend starts disappearing and behaving strangely? How was it in season 1, and what will you think if he starts spending time with someone else, like he did with Lila and Zach? You probably want to find out what's wrong with him, and if he's in danger, protect him.

In the same episode, she just once again proved to Zach, and to us as viewers, that she followed him into fire and water. Other than to say that Zach is very lucky to have such a girl, I have nothing to say. I respect her as a character.
