Okay, what happened to the show? Just recently, I was blown away by the genius of Light and worried about the investigation of ALE, and now they seem to be minor characters.
Mastuda certainly makes nyashka laugh, and I'm glad that he was given time, but damn, this is not a "Death Note", this is some kind of nonsense.
Perhaps we were specifically relaxed before the unveiling of the superplane Lite, but still the anime lost its unique atmosphere too abruptly.

I agree with those who think that the series has slipped in recent episodes. I watched the series in one gulp, I was in constant shock at how brilliant the characters are, but what's going on here? Not much is clear, there is no Ryuk, there is no death note. Light - in fact, gg is somewhere in the background, and I still don't understand what this company does. Really, if everything goes on like this, then I don't see any point in looking further.

I don't want to spoil the further development of events, but believe me, I would still watch 10 such empty series because of the further turn of events. I just really like such series. When episodes are inserted in the middle of the narrative that better reveal the minor characters. Sometimes you really want to take a break from the constant tension. And so you get more into the whole universe. I'm sure it's going to be very cool next.
