When the Sea Hero and the Stickler escape from Krusty Krabs, the Sea Hero loses his shrink belt, which SpongeBob finds and uses this belt to shrink Squidward, Patrick, and then all the residents of the city. Everyone is angry because SpongeBob made them so small, but SpongeBob decides to shrink the city itself and himself. Plankton returns from vacation and discovers that he has become bigger than a Bikini Bottom.
